On 25 May 2018, GDP (RODO) enters into force, in other words a new regulation of the EUROPEAN UNION regarding the protection of personal data. Below - conditions for processing specific categories of personal data in the general EU regulation.
Special category data is personal data which the GDPR says is more sensitive, and so needs more protection.
In order to lawfully process special category data, you must identify both a lawful basis under Article 6 and a separate condition for processing special category data under Article 9. These do not have to be linked. There are ten conditions for processing special category data in the GDPR itself, but the Data Protection Bill will introduce additional conditions and safeguards. You must determine your condition for processing special category data before you begin this processing under the GDPR, and you should document it. ... Special category data is broadly similar to the concept of sensitive personal data under the 1998 Act. ... The conditions are listed in Article 9 (2) of the GDPR:
(a)
the data subject has given explicit consent to the processing of those personal data for one or more specified purposes, except where Union or Member State law provide that the prohibition referred to in paragraph 1 may not be lifted by the data subject;
(b)
processing is necessary for the purposes of carrying out the obligations and exercising specific rights of the controller or of the data subject in the field of employment and social security and social protection law in so far as it is authorised by Union or Member State law or a collective agreement pursuant to Member State law providing for appropriate safeguards for the fundamental rights and the interests of the data subject;
(c)
processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person where the data subject is physically or legally incapable of giving consent;
(d)
processing is carried out in the course of its legitimate activities with appropriate safeguards by a foundation, association or any other not-for-profit body with a political, philosophical, religious or trade union aim and on condition that the processing relates solely to the members or to former members of the body or to persons who have regular contact with it in connection with its purposes and that the personal data are not disclosed outside that body without the consent of the data subjects;
(e)
processing relates to personal data which are manifestly made public by the data subject;
(f)
processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or whenever courts are acting in their judicial capacity;
(g)
processing is necessary for reasons of substantial public interest, on the basis of Union or Member State law which shall be proportionate to the aim pursued, respect the essence of the right to data protection and provide for suitable and specific measures to safeguard the fundamental rights and the interests of the data subject; ...
(j)
processing is necessary for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes in accordance with Article 89(1) based on Union or Member State law which shall be proportionate to the aim pursued, respect the essence of the right to data protection and provide for suitable and specific measures to safeguard the fundamental rights and the interests of the data subject.
At the beginning about Bogdan Konstantynowicz's relatives the Hutten-Czapskis who were intermarried the Bialoblockis of Sumowek, the Kielczewskis, and the Karwats of Wichulec:

We back to Urszula Bialoblocka was the the daughter of Ignacy Bialoblocki, the Sumowko owner.

Above complex genealogical net is linked to General Wasyl Konstantynowicz who had the son Apollon Konstantynowicz married Anna Armand. Anna was the granddaughter of Maria Wilhelmina Paszkowska married Armand in 1840. Maria Wilhelmina was the daughter of General Franciszek Maksymilian Paszkowski. General Franciszek had half-brother Wojciech Paszkowski linked to Artur Potocki, the Templar Freemason.
This is genealogical net of Michal Gwalbert Pawlikowski, 1887-1970 b. in Vienna, d. in London, the son of Jan Gwalbert Aleksander Pawlikowski senior b. 1860 (the Cholewa coat of arms) in Medyka + Wanda Abramowicz b. 1863 (closest friends to the Kossak family).

The PAWLIKOWSKI branch in Przemysl and Sambor had the 'Cholewa' coat of arms (beginning in 1740/1750 - which suggests that they could be the Frankists or rather a broken family as a result of some conflict); but the Sas coat of arms belonged to the Paszkowskis confirming nobility in Halicz in 1782.

And on 31 August 2026 Bogdan Konstantynowicz's domain titled 'konstantynowicz.info' disappeared, with a note that Bogdan Konstantynowicz not working in Internet. I am alive - on 11 September 2026. On September 7, 2026, my domain 'konstantynowicz.info' disappeared again - assuming one isn't using so-called "AI." The description is superficial. It was "orchestrated" by Polish counter-intelligence and individuals linked to the Bogucki family/Tarashvil. of Tbilisi, who evacuated from St. Margare. 53 on August 29, 2026. But earlier on 03 July 2026 from Elizabeth Rd 2 was sent to me letter: "The Diplomat. info.coindesk@orbit.digitalgravitys.com. 'Dead men tell no tales...'; Fri 3 Jul at 06:56"; by sparkpostmail1.com; orbit.digitalgravitys.com. But two and half years earlier the same persons (the team of Tarashvi.-Boguck.-Wodkiewicz) of the Stoki district in Lodz and then abroad (45-60 persons) sent to Bogdan Konstantynowicz several letters. I took on Monday, 22 January 2024, 14:00:40, letter from 'giorgitarashvili@gmail.com'{.D21GPX}, with support from Zbocze 12 in Lodz/Wi. 84, Zbocze 15 in Lodz/Animals movement; and the Polish Foreign Intelligence Agency of Lodz in 1990/1992/2024, Colonel Adam Owsiany in 1988/1992.

"First, why do you think you are so important? How is the whole world so interested in you? Why is
the entire world coming together to observe you? ... I have had that schizophrenic episode, for men it lasted a few years, for you, as it looks like it has been going on for decades, sadly. ... I have been afraid too of the intelligence agencies, and so are you, yet you think they are really watching you, don't you. And maybe they were when they broke you back at the end of the Soviet Union, but who are you now? ... Get your head out of your ass Bogdan. ... Back in 2010 you asked for proof that my mother was the woman you used to know back in 1991. ... I carried until the end of 2010, that is why I mess aged you back then with the name Giorgi Tourabelidze. ... As I told you earlier get your head out of your ass! I married my wife in 2021. ...
Get your head out of your ass! ... I am in Poland until February 7, CONTACT ME. You can go to your mothers grave ... Wake up! What happened to you ... in those last days of the Soviet Union.
... I never met you, paranoia and schizophrenia run in families, they are as good as genetics. ... Please get out of your fantasy and see reality for what it is. ... I understand you want to be the greatest but see yourself for who you really are. They broke you, see, accept and move on. ... They broke you and that is bad, but move on with your life. You are not the center of the universe, don't blame yourself for not being as strong as you wanted to be. I have been mentally where you are now, it happens, all you have to do is look the fear in the eyes and see the truth. Stop running from your past! ... How could you twist your mind so hard! Not everyone has something to do with the intelligence agencies you do know that right. Not everyone can be out there for you! Who are you? Who cares about you? Maybe that is the problem? Seek help Bogdan and write me". On Tuesday, 23 January 2024 at 07:06 I took next letter from Tarashvil.-Turabelidze/Monika Sedzic.: "Regardless of what has been happening around you, you know how children are made. We both know. ...
Regardless of what you think is happening around you, I am no threat to you. No one really is. If they wanted
you gone, you would be gone, wouldn't you? You are still alive. Your father has been dead for 37 years. Truly, in 37 years, instead of investing millions of dollars or billions of zloty to track you can keep a tab on you, wouldn't it be easier to just end you? Just think about that!
I have been where you are, mentally. Ask the questions! I know what is going on in your mind. From Summer 2016 to February 4 2019, I was lost to this world. I had written down hundreds of plate numbers and memorized every face I saw (the anxiety started way before 2016 of course but that was the period I remember the most vididly).
I know where you are, mentally. Bogdan, you are the only one that can stop the Intelligence Agencies. Stop thinking of them and they will go away. You are the one giving power to them. CONTACT ME BOGDAN. STOP YOUR ISOLATION!"

The same counterintelligence murdered my father, Edward Konstantynowicz, on the night of November 2-3, 1987, and his brother Jan Konstantynowicz on November 30, 2003, in Lodz, at the corner of Kilinskiego Street and Skladowa Street. The killer, Wojciech, worked for a communist security and detective agency in Lodz. However, Palka, Andrzej Kolczynski, and the same Wojciech from the Skladowa/Kilinskiego building, were all killed in 1990s. Wojciech approximately two years after I investigated the murder of my father, Edward Konstantynowicz.
Moving beyond this initial description, let us note that Joanna from the Tczew group - born around 1960 - spent 60 seconds on August 10, 2026, screaming at me in the middle of the street that I was fabricating stories, repeating this over and over. Then she ran off. Two days later, on August 12, 2026, I decided to publicly reveal the surname Golec - along with its variants Golczyk and Golc - as well as Kiedrzynek (see Wola Jedlinska in the 19th century and Radomsko at present) as a continuation of the surname Kiedrzynski since January 1833 (Gabryel Kiedrzynski was conspirator in 1819-1833 and insurgent in 1831, abroad till February 1832). This came after 23 years of my writing about genealogy online. The effect was immediate. On August 31, 2026, my domain name 'konstantynowicz.info' was removed from Google. I received a notice (AI) in Polish stating that I was not currently conducting active operations under that domain - which is a lie. Unfortunately, this made it impossible to find my information when searching for the terms 'Wola Wiazowa' and 'Golec'. Well, I know the reason why - connect it with the date October 26, 1987/03 November 1987.
What is in? Bogdan Konstantynowicz's history and genealogy of the noble Konstantynowicz family from the Grand Duchy of Lithuania in 15th-21st centuries (the Fox coat of arms) intermarried the Kiedrzynskis (the Ostoja coat of arms until beginning of the 19th century) aka Golec/Golczyk vel Kiedrzynka in 1954. On 06 September 2026 I need explain after 39 years of my research that Bogdan Konstantynowicz's mother and my father born in Lida, had the same roots inside the Kielczewskis under Russian intelligence observation in 1820s-1990s.
Jan Kielczewski, the KOWAL close to Chocen official, b. ca 1700 (Jan's brother was Roch Kielczewski b. ca 1700/1710) + Balbina Turska; the son of Jan Kazimierz Zygmunt Kielczewski, the Kalisz deputy governor, lived ca 1670-1757 = Jan Kielczewski b. ca 1670, d. in 1757, and 2nd wife Marianna. Jan older = Jan Kazimierz KIELCZEWSKI was born ca 1670, in Kamieniec. Jan m. 1st to Zofia Letkowska b. ca 1680 with 4 sons: Wojciech Kielczewski b. ca 1710, Roch Kielczewski b. ca 1700/1710, and Jan Kielczewski, younger, b. ca 1700, the KOWAL official + Balbina TURSKA.
This the same genealogical Kielczewski line as Pola Negri married Dambski and her mother Eleonora Chalupec (Kielczewska) b. in 1861 in Brdo / Babiak close to Kolo [around me was a girl, spy of KOLO around 2018/2020], d. in 1954 in Beverly Hills. Eleonora's line came from Maciej Kielczewski, the son of Wojciech Kielczewski b. aft. 1700 / ca 1715, and the grandson of Jan Kielczewski b. ca 1670, d. in 1757, and 2nd wife Marianna. Jan older = Jan Kazimierz KIELCZEWSKI was born ca 1670. Eleonora Kielczewska married Chalupec in Lipno, but her husband came from Zilina in Slovakia, the Austria-Hungary Empire. The Shaposhnikov family come from Zilina and they were intermarried to the Armand family in Moscow. The Armands intermarried General Franciszek Maksymilian Paszkowski's daughter, Maria Wilhelmina Paszkowska b. 1819 in Greater Poland. The Shaposhnikovs acted for Russian intelligence net aft. 2000, linked Zilina with Thessaloniki and Bulgaria. Around Bogdan Konstantynowicz acted a man b. ca 1990 of Zilina ca 2014-2016. Gvantsa Tarashvi. of Tbilisi cooperated with Polish Foreign Ministry under Witold Waszczykowski of Piotrkow Trybunalski and of Lodz, together with Bielsko-Biala and named Zilina of Slovakia. So, Russian espionage net in Zilina was working around 1890s-2024 but aft. 2014 under support of Tczew-Sawin-Katowice underground close to me. And below big genealogical research of Bogdan Konstantynowicz.
The Konstantynowiczs in the Berezyna parish were connected to the Brodnica county and to the Skura-Pfeiffer-Kobylanski-Golec/Kiedrzynski-Mieczkowski-Bialoblocki-Donimirski-Rakowiecki-Ostrowski genealogical branch together with the Karwat-Bardzki-Walknowski-Kiedrzynski line intermarried the Wyssogota-Zakrzewskis, the Boguckis and the Owsiany.
The Kiedrzynskis intermarried the Trampczynski family with my distant next of kin Wojciech Trampczynski, the Speaker of Polish Parliament in 1920s. Piotr Golec was the 'Gerlach' shop owner in Lodz in 1930s till Summer 1943, cooperated with the Kobylanski family of Kuznica Drzewicka. The Kobylanskis intermarried the Mieczkowski family and the Rakowieckis of the Leszno village close to Krasne, Bogate of the Narzymskis and to Przasnysz. The Rakowieckis intermarried famous the Ostrowski family with Ostrowski Count, the Regent of Kingdom of Poland in 1917-1918.
Piotr Golec was my strong pro-German grandfather, anti-communist. Piotr Golec was influenced by the Kobylanski-Mieczkowski-Rakowiecki-Gerlach clan and the Skora-Pfeiffer-Grzanek family: Wladyslaw Mieczkowski b. 1877, was the son of Stanislaw Mieczkowski, the Nieciszew / Nieciszewo estate landlord + Helena Donimirski; the grandson of Leopold Mieczkowski, 1811-1892 + Olimpia Kalkstein, 1822-1892, the daughter of Stanislaw Klemens Kalkstein, 1782-1865 + Januaria Plaskowska, 1802-1872. Leopold Mieczkowski, 1811-1892 and Jozef Mieczkowski older, b. 1816/1823 = Franciszek Mieczkowski b. ca 1813, probably were the brothers and they were the sons of Wojciech Mieczkowski, 1779-1833.
My grandfather Piotr Golec / ex-Kiedrzynski, the son of Teofila Golec Rogaczewska (the surname of Kiedrzynski was changed in January 1833 by Gabryel Kiedrzynski, the son of Izydor Kiedrzynski + Helena Hutten-Czapska, and the grandson of Andrzej Kiedrzynski b. ca 1710 + Franciszka Nostitz-Jackowska came from the Chelmza-Chelmno Pomorskie area in the beginning of the 18th century) in Lodz, was the member of the The National Unity Camp / The Camp of National Unity and he had a painting of Marshal Rydz-Smigly on the wall in their apartment. Piotr Golec had anti-communist, anti-cosmopolitan and excellent pro-German views in 1930s-1970s; Piotr Golec was cooperated, ca 1930-1943, with the Kobylanski family of Kuznica Drzewicka and "Gerlach" factory; but in Summer 1944 Piotr had to go into hiding for six months. The Kobylanski's intermarried the Mieczkowskis, the Pfeiffers and the Rakowieckis in the Leszno village close to Przasnysz.
Maria Kobylanska, 1910-1990 [the sister of Bogna], m. Adam Stanislaw Ryszard Mieczkowski, the son of Wladyslaw Mieczkowski b. 1877 in Nieciszew / Nieciszewo - d. 1959 in Barzkowice; lawyer, banker, political activist, a member of the GERMAN parliament in 1907. Wladyslaw Mieczkowski was persecuted by the Polish soviet state in 1940s.
Nieciszew / Nieciszow [= Nieciszewo, in the Bydgoszcz county = Justhofen, 3 km west to PRUSZCZ, 5 km west to WALDOWO - compare LEWINSKI of TCZEW].
Piotr Golec (ex-Kiedrzynski), the grandfather of Bogdan Konstantynowicz, was influenced by the Kobylanski-Rakowiecki-Pfeiffer-Skura-Mieczkowski family branch till 1949. But his great-grandfather Gabryel Kiedrzynski was influenced by the same line: Mieczkowski-Rychlowski-Pradzynski-Wyssogota Zakrzewski genealogical branch. Piotr's grandfather Mateusz Golec/Kiedrzynski was supported by the Pradzynski-Kiedrzynski family. Piotr's father Jan Golec was working for the Watta-Karczewskis of Przecznia. The father of above Gabryel Kiedrzynski was Izydor Kiedrzynski b. 1749, and he was living in Jedlno of the Walewskis, Freemasons.

Edward Rydz - Smigly was poisoned. He was visited by Colonel Pfeiffer 'Radwan' and Colonel Fieldorf 'Nil'.
On November 5, 1941, in occupied Warsaw, Smigly meets with General Grot. We know about this from the notes
of Colonel Pluta - Czachowski, Head of the Communications Department of the Home Army Headquarters. We do not know
what these talks were about and how they ended. We can guess that Smigly's political activity significantly
complicated Grot's political life. We know that Smigly moved to Sandomierska Street 18 with Raczynska.
He was visited by Feliks Mlynarski, Henryk Jozefski, Janusz Radziwill and Maurycy Potocki. Maurycy Potocki / Maurycy Stanislaw Potocki, in May 1926, was closest advisor to Marshal Jozef Pilsudski.
