"Trump was on stage for around 10 minutes between the moment Crooks was spotted on the roof with a gun and the moment he fired his first shot. There is almost no public account of the Secret Service's actions and decisions during the rally. Ms Cheatle declined to answer most of the questions put to her in Congress. ... We do know, via Ms Cheatle, that agents dismissed the alerts about him because he was not seen with a weapon.
We know Crooks donated $15 to a Democratic Party platform shortly after the Capitol riot of 2021. No "manifesto" has been found. State police officers reported him using a rangefinder, a marksman's aid that measures distance to a target, as the rally got under way. Crooks had also obtained explosives: two "crude" devices fitted with receivers were found in Crooks' car after the attack, Mr Wray said, and a transmitter was found on his body.
A bloodied receipt was also found on Crooks for a 5ft ladder, Mr Wray said, suggesting a recent buy. No ladder was found at the site, however, and Mr Wray said Crooks had used "mechanical equipment" to get to his perch, but did not elaborate.
Mr Paris said the first sighting of Crooks came from a state police ESU unit.
Unlike others in the crowd, Crooks was walking around and did not try to enter the venue, he said. "Crooks never made it through the secure perimeter." ... Mr Paris said he was one of three people flagged as "suspicious" at this point in the event.
About 25 minutes before the rally began, however, Mr Paris said that the ESU team spotted him again, this time using his rangefinder, though no gun was reported. A photograph of Crooks was sent by a member of the ESU team to a state trooper in the joint operations room. Mr Paris said that a Secret Service liaison asked the trooper to send the photo to another number.
Ms Cheatle acknowledged her agents were told about Crooks at least twice before the shooting began.
Mr Paris said several local police, including the ESU team, then began searching for Crooks. It appears he was lost again, despite his growing threat.
Witnesses told the BBC that by this point they had seen a man with a gun crawling along a roof. All of this was happening with Trump already on stage.
Mr Paris said that Crooks was eventually seen on the roof by local traffic police and his ESU team. One traffic officer boosted up to the roof by a colleague was forced to fall back after being confronted by Crooks, Mr Paris told the hearing. ... Eight bullet casings were found near his body.
... It should be impossible for a man to walk into a presidential rally with so much gear, let alone carry it up to an undefended roof with a direct line of sight to the stage. But this is exactly what happened in Butler. Statements to the House Homeland Security committee by Pennsylvania's police commissioner, Christopher Paris, convey a series of lapses from law enforcement. The venue had two layers of security, an outer area patrolled by state police and an inner perimeter manned by Secret Service agents. An operations centre was staffed by members of the various agencies present.
But on the day, communication was haphazard and areas of responsibility unclear [this is coup d'etat, acc. to me]. Mr Paris told his hearing that state police were responsible for the area around the AGR International warehouse, the building from which Crooks fired that was around 400ft (122m) from the stage with a clear line of sight.
As a consequence, a local SWAT-style Emergency Services Unit (ESU) team was stationed inside the building complex, Mr Paris added.
The New York Times reported that the team was in fact two men who stayed inside because of the hot weather. The plan had been approved by the Secret Service, the newspaper's source said.
[Ex-Director of Secret Service] told lawmakers she could not account for why no one was stationed on the roof.
It is becoming clear that Crooks' attack was not the result of a last-minute meltdown: He had method, and purpose. The FBI has said that 6 July appeared to be the inception date: Crooks registered to attend Trump's rally [because he was registered like Republican earlier !], and researched the assassination of President John F Kennedy, googling: "How far away was Oswald from Kennedy?"
... There was also reconnaissance. Mr Wray said Crooks was flying a drone about 200 yards (183m) from the stage two hours before Trump's rally.
Its camera ran for about 11 minutes, Mr Wray said, and the footage would have shown "a rear-view mirror of the scene" behind Crooks' eventual firing position.

At 6:00 pm, the former president WAS ALLOWED TO TAKE THE STAGE. 10 minutes later, Secret Service [6:10]] snipers were ALERTED ABOUT AN ISSUE UNFOLDING TO TRUMP'S RIGHT.
They quickly [acc. to CBS Pittsburgh on 18/19 July 2024] reoriented in that direction, but it is TOO LATE [6:11 pm].
At 6:11, shots rang out.

The creator of this special services network since 1972 was General Kiszczak, the head of military intelligence, former communist prime minister and the head of the secret police.
The funeral of Czeslaw Kiszczak was in November 2015 and his wife said:

The former head of the Ministry of National Defense also referred to the latest interview with Adam Glapinski, who told "Gazeta Polska" about his meeting with Colonel Kuklinski. Macierewicz admitted that the information Glapinski obtained at that time was of great importance - "It was about the plan to liquidate Polish military units in the east of our country," said Glapinski. According to the author of the interview - Tomasz Sakiewicz - the matter of passing confidential information to Adam Glapinski was a step on the part of the US, which felt obliged to warn the Poles.

Antoni Macierewicz said on 02 May 2023, that this information played a huge role in the determination of Jan Olszewski's government, which made a clear decision to block the liquidation of the Polish Army in the east and rebuild the strength of the army, but also to join NATO.
"It was a policy of reset, which was closely related to the system of changes that Gorbachev implemented under the agreement with some American politicians, it was supposed to be the construction of the so-called great Europe," Macierewicz said.
"(Greater Europe - editor's note, under Niezalezna.pl copyright) was to be deprived of the American army. The Russians promised that they would liquidate the Warsaw Pact, but due to their presence in Europe and the dominance of nuclear forces, they were sure that they would militarily dominate the whole of Europe and additionally benefited with the support of Germany",
said the former defense minister Macierewicz.
He stressed that the reunification of Germany led to the transfer of a huge number of Russian spies who took important positions in the administration there. They were supposed to prepare the future policy of Vladimir Putin.

It was all a concept of building Greater Europe, which was to be under Russian domination" - emphasized Macierewicz.

The last paragraph states that the "the substance of the foregoing information was orally furnished to us and George Bush of the Central Intelligence agency".
Here we have the name of George Bush mentioned as a CIA official in direct connection to the Kennedy assassination. When asked by journalists, he initially stated "It's not me, must be another Bush!" Jozef Kazimierz Broel-Plater was sentenced to settlement in Smolensk, where he lived with his family to 1846. In Smolensk he has established a contact with Jozef Ignacy Kraszewski. After 1846 he returned to Kombula, in 1847 was elected assessor of the Criminal Chamber of the Novgorod province. Writer under nick-name Joseph Plaskoziemski in 1846, gave his own theory of light, heat and electricity, but not supported by experiences in the mid-nineteenth century. He was also the author of the short history and geography of Livonia; died in 1852 in Vilnius, was buried in Kraslaw.
He was married from 1819 to Antonina Soltan (1800-1871) and had 14 children.

Constantinovich / Konstantinovitz / Constantinowitz family in Russia, 18th and 19th cent. to the November Revolution 1917 the Swierczewski family was near socially associated with us, for instance in the sixtieth of the 20th century.

Some Generals, Prime Minister, the Head of State and one marshal of the communistic Poland - creators of the Soviet transitory administration 1943 / 1990 - derived from these families. Relatives of our Konstantynowicz branch kept in touch with Jozef Pilsudski, Michal Zymierski and Wladyslaw Sikorski at the moment in the first half of the 20th century - marshals and General with different political views.

It wonder that three Marshals and General - military prosecutor died with natural death but three remaining Generals died with tragic one. Generals of communistic People Polish Army: Karol Swierczewski, Piotr Jaroszewicz and Marian Spychalski (later on the Marshal) in the fourties of the 20th century were deputies of Michal Zymierski - Marshal and communistic Minister of Defense. The genealogy of my Mscislau "inlet" of the Konstantynowicz ancestry point out long and strong connections with the Imperial Russian Army and Russian military intelligence since the seventies of the nineteenth century and after when they served in tsarist Georgia / Sakartvelo but especial at the turn of the 20th century. It was the tsarist military technology intelligence at the beginning of the 20th century.

This connections fade away probably at the end of the 20th century?

My grandfather Jerzy Konstantynowicz b. 1898 or 1897 / Marian Stankiewicz b. 1900 / Marys / Marian Konstantynowicz b. 1898 or 1900 = Piotr Siedlecki, Colonel in 1939.
On September 19, 1939, around 05.00 a group of Colonel 'Siedlecki' was formed in Zawiasy, wanting to continue fighting the Soviets (according to the book by P. Zarzycki, "2 battalion of railway bridges", published by Pruszkow 1994, p. 26). At the same moment, Lieutenant Colonel I. Bobrowski (1918 'Dowborczyk', 1921-1924 is in the Homeland Security Association together with W. Pilecki and Galinat, in Nowe Swieciany) and Colonel K. Rybicki (conqueror of Vilnius in October 1920).
Col. 'Siedlecki' - unknown function from 01/09 to 18/09 [in Lida to the morning of 18 September 1939]; in Zawiasy on September 19, 1939, he formed a unit to continue fighting the Soviets, and from September 20 in Grodno; ...Who was? Maybe relatives of the Stankiewicz family from Siedlce, of which Gustaw Stankiewicz was.
On September 19, "Siedlecki" from Zawiasy moves with the unit to Rudziszki, where an artillery echelon was also stationed on the night of September 18-19, and then arrives in the echelon to Orany in the early morning of September 20, and then on September 20 at approximately 10.00 a.m. to GRODNA. Col. "Siedlecki" took command of the city for over 14 hours! Previously, it was commanded by Colonel Adamowicz, vice-president of the city Roman Sawicki and certified colonel Bohdan Hulewicz (who from the evening of September 12 to about September 13 (?) in Lviv with the three-regiment "Grodno" group, and from about 11.00/12.00 on September 18 takes command of Grodno, probably on the orders of General Przezdziecki).
After Colonel Piotr "Siedlecki" a.k.a. "Siedlecki" from midnight or before dawn on September 21, General Waclaw Przezdziecki becomes the leader of the defense of Grodno. Note: this is the same Colonel Siedlecki who, at dawn on September 19, organized a unit to fight the Soviets at the Zawiasy station! There is no information from the night of 20/21 September 1939 (although Grzelak writes in a book published in 2002 that Siedlecki handed over command of Grodno on September 21) about the further fate of Colonel Siedlecki! He is not in Anders' Army in Italy, nor he is in the losses at "Katyn". He was not a line commander. Similarly, from noon on September 21, there will be no data about Colonel Adamowicz, who at that moment reached Naumowicz with a group of 1,000 people from Grodno. It seemed that Grodno would defend itself for several days. We have prepared trench lines on the Niemen! The cigarette factory has been fortified! Houses near the bridge were turned into resistance points. Even the Soviets reported the subsequent defense in houses near the bridge and in "nests of resistance (...) in the city itself." Names such as Major Glinka and Major Serafin appear. 2nd Lieutenant Gluski recaptured the railway bridge on the night of September 20/21. However, we do not know whether the railway connection with Orany, where Colonel Kazimierz Rybicki was defending himself, was still maintained until September 21. We know about the night Soviet artillery fire from beyond the Niemen and about their attempted landing from the direction of Rumlowka. The fight will begin near the Poniemun estate, a few kilometers from the city. It dies, among others non-commissioned officer from the 76th Infantry Regiment.
Our defenders undertook a night raid on the suburb of Folusz on the other side of the Neman. Squadron 102 Infantry Regiment successfully made a raid beyond the road bridge on the Neman.
Olszyna - Wilczynski "(...) on September 21, he decided to leave towards the border; together with the general were his wife and adjutant, Captain retired Strzemski, and a chauffeur. They left on September 22 at dawn and after a few minutes they were detained by two Soviet tanks". On September 21, Olszyna gave an order to switch to anti-Soviet partisan operations in the entire DOK III area.
I also suggest that between 01.00 - 03.00 at night 20/21 September 1939 an unidentified person (probably was a colonel of the mobilization division from Lida, maybe it concerns the Army "Lida") "Colonel Siedlecki" left the station in Grodno for Orany once again.
Near Orany, on the Merecz River, the Lithuanians did not open the border crossing until the Soviets took all the refugees prisoner on September 21. Some escaped to Druskininkai - a further 45 km to the southwest, and some fight in solitude for two days: September 20 and September 21. Col. Kazimierz Rybicki, either on the evening of September 21 or on the night of September 21/22, breaks through from the Orany station, along the Lithuanian border, to the area of Druskienniki (a town). The Soviets captured Orany on September 21!
The 2nd Department of the General Staff, whose "national" part was in Ustiulug / Ustyluh on the Bug River since the night of 11/12/09, reports to the Marshal of Lviv about the conspirators' meetings. Sikorski's behavior was assessed positively, as it was found that on September 11 he refused to establish an anti-government committee based in Lviv (despite this, General Langner practically separated the city's defense from the decisions of the Commander-in-Chief's Staff from September 14). They probably also knew about General L. Zeligowski's ideas to call on the Soviets for help! It is known, however, that only in the afternoon of September 12 in Lviv the final decisions of the attackers were made, involving some unknown arrangement between Sikorski and Sosnkowski. As a result, on the night of September 12/13, Sosnkowski eliminated General Fabrycy from commanding the "Karpaty" Army (on September 13, the Marshal ordered Fabrycy to create a "new" "Karpaty" Army, which indicates a negative assessment of the behavior of Sosnkowski and Sikorski this time).

Therefore, on September 13, 1939, we can probably talk about a "rolling" coup d'etat carried out by this group, the hypothetical elements of which were probably supposed to be:
you will involve General Smorawinski, Colonel Skorobohaty-Jakubowski, General Piskor, Colonel Rowecki, General Langner and, as a key figure, General Kazimierz Sosnkowski, into the conspiracy, indirect influence on General Olszyna-Wilczynski and Colonel Okulicz-Kozaryn, while in Warsaw they indirectly acted to their advantage: General Rommel and Starzynski,
capturing the armored and motorized units of Maczek, Rowecki and Lucki's battalion, in order to "relief Lviv",
launching emigration propaganda after September 24, 1939, communist propaganda after 1939 and Soviet propaganda from the night of September 16-17, 1939, perpetuating the above-mentioned falsehoods and
disinformation, among others about the course of Poland's defensive war against the Soviet-German aggressor, also through various types of elimination of witnesses, such as Marshal Rydz Smigly and his wife, generals Szylling, Stachiewicz, Fabrycy, Dab Biernacki, Przezdziecki, colonels "Siedlecki", Wiatr, Major Galinat, Captain Niezbrzycki and many others also locked up in concentration camps.
My grandfather Jerzy Konstantynowicz / Marian Stankiewicz / Marys / Marian Konstantynowicz was rarely at home before The Second World War. He traveled often for longer. With these expeditions brought particular trophies. What it was? These trophies from the trips were the Bolshevik guns called "revolver" or "Nagan" with a large caliber.
He had a drawer in his office in the garrison of the 77th infantry regiment in Lida, full of them always. Probably, he killed enemies acc. to my father, on behalf of the Polish state. So my father spoke to us, grandfather often had to be on a secret trip to the Soviet Union. When he left the garrison and was in the central Poland, it received the nick-name Stankiewicz. For his interlocutors he took as a gift the Bolshevik guns. Once he was at the anniversary meeting of the members of the Polish Military Organization in Krakow and he was wearing a colonel's uniform. He had several biographies: according to one worked for the mobilization department of the Ministry of Defence. According to another legend, was a accountant. Still other data said that already in Tsarist Russia was learning to future employee of military intelligence, probably in the range of encryption and radio. The course includes swam on the Russian battleship - "Petropavlovsk". During World War I it was stationed in Helsinki.
In 1918, in Miezonka and Bobruisk he walked in uniform of the tsarist army probably "junker", very decorative, according to his colleague from Miezonka.
Also Jerzy Konstantynowicz, the son of Anna Armand + Apolon Konstantynowicz, used the birth certificate of Marian Konstantinovich, who died shortly after birth, but he was baptized. The new born baby died when his mother Anna also died - she was from the home of Malkiewicz family. These false documents indicated to Stanislaus Konstantynowicz as his adoptive father.
When in 1939 he was in a camp for Polish interned soldiers in Palanga, Lithuania has used for identification in contact with the family, a sailing ship picture. In 1947 he settled near to Buenos Aires, Argentina. After 1948 all marks after him are interrupted. It is known, however, that he was in Mexico aft. ca 1950. No one knows where or when he died. Before the Second World War my grandfather Jerzy or Marian Konstantynowicz did not have in the then Poland any family of his parents. My family in the twenties and thirties of the twentieth century, was running an extensive exchange of correspondence mainly from Estonia and in second place with Finland and Latvia. At a later point were letters from Lithuania.

A revenge on the family of George / Jerzy aka Marian Konstantynowicz, which - since 1945 - found themselves in the new Communist Poland, was also terrible. There is no exact date of the death of his elder son John / Jan Konstantynowicz (he died ca 30 Nov. 2003; in the forties of the 20th century taken name Stankiewicz) and wife of the same Jan, Marianne Konstantynowicz. They had broken heads with blood around. His younger son, Edward Guido Konstantynowicz died in a strange and mysterious circumstances on the night 02 November 1987 / November 3, 1987 year. I think that is from the hands of the communist forces.

Around 25/28 October 1987 I took informations on three person: Zbigniew Natkanski, Ewa Chudzik married K., and I. G. m. K. that they acted against me both and under command of intelligence services of the communist Poland. The person, Wojciech, who met with my father on November 2, 1987 year died in a year after my discovery of father's death around 1995. But intelligence agency sent to me Wojciech's friend - a woman in 2001/2004, and again ca 2010/2014, very black hairs, b. ca 1965, Jew probably, drinker.
I wanted to talk to father on November 2, 1987 the course of the very important issues that surround our family in communist Poland, but my father went away suddenly, out of this world. The revenge touched Edward's sons in 1987 - 2014. A tomb of the wife of Marian aka George Konstantynowicz - Stankiewicz, or Marian Konstantynowicz this is Sophia Konstantynowicz, nee Plaszczewska of Vilnius, also no longer exist (d. 1987).

We back to my work. Then came the period of 1990 - 2002, I met Georgia with Turabelidze/Tarashvili, Russia, etc, but mostly tens people of Poland and other countries has granted me accurate genealogical data, and not just about family Konstantynowicz/Armand/Stankiewicz/Siedlecki/Stefanowicz/Czarniecki/Skora/Grzanek/Kiedrzynski;
thanks to this I could - in 1992 - provide a working thesis of particular importance: "in our family was someone on the top of the Soviet military intelligence", and our family Konstantynowicz moved in Tsarist Russia very close to the Russian intelligence core. The parts it turned out to be true; I am writing that only partially, because the key person was a Swiss with Italian - Estonian origin, and this man had no affinity with our family, but was created by the military system, whose my Konstantynowicz family was a part: in Miezonka, Swolna, Moscow, Estonia, St. Petersburg, Kazan, the Vaud canton and the nearby Swiss villages, Lodz, Riga. This search took me 27 years, but it took 20 years to Stalin it came up on the trail military conspiracy in May 1937 - probably as long, because the key person - Artusov surely created a Soviet counterintelligence, and next he took the position as head of civilian intelligence, then deputy head of the military intelligence of the Soviet Union.

The Commission also said that there was a plot to assassinate Kennedy; in 1984 the Commission report was completed and published.
